hey there, my 200b sss is in need of a new front windscreen (mother in law dropped somethin heavy on it)
Question is does a standard 200b windscreen fit or are they different?

Nissan factory spare parts manual shows different part numbers for sedan and coupe so I'd say they are different.

thanks guys, yeah she was trying to move stuff outta the garage and slipped an it just happened to land right on the windscreen! reckon it'll be fairly easy to replace?

I think your 200BSSS screen will be the same shape as a 4 door 200B, but the difference suggested by Dave may be a tint in the screen. In those days, tinted screens were an option often fitted as standard in the "top" models. Check with an auto glass supplier, they can get screens for almost anything.

Yeah I agree with O'Brien being a rip. Just today I had the windscreen replaced on my daily, a Mazda 3. O'B quoted $478, plus $125 for replacement windscreen rubber. Novus did it for $295, and $20 for replacement rubber. Con artists indeed..

i needed a front drivers side for the 200b the wanted $320 i called the wrecker the ordedred it from he only wanted $35 for the window just a massive con.

HA, yeah i wont be calling them, even the local panel beaters only charged me $220 for my front windscreen on my commodore! yeah well ill head down to the local auto glass shop and find out!
