my local tyre shop (that specialised in truck tyres) sponsored a few guys, and made there own retread rally tyres for a few guys, so hit up a large shop that can do that and see how much they charge

I help a guy out who used to be in the State Rally. He's got a fair few 195 R15 Silverstones sitting around. They're all pretty shagged. He'd probably be interested in getting rid of them for a few $$. They're not the kind of thing you mount on a rim without a machine

But they won't be rally tyres........they won't have the side wall stiffness that rally car tyres have, so if you are going to do rallies best get proper tyres. A tyre the blows on a stage will cost you more than the purchase price of some tyres.

To give you an idea of how much stiffer a rally tyre is...I bought a manual tyre change gizmo. Its easy taking a standard road tyre of a rim but its IMPOSSIBLE to take a rally tyre of the rim.

if its for motokhanas, then re grooved tyres will be fine

as said though rally tyres have a much stonger sidewall, multi ply, so sticks and rocks and sh*t cannot puncture them so easily
