I am getting close to wiring up my 510 with a S13 SR20DET. Anyone have a wiring diagram with relays and fuses for this conversion? Any help is appreciated! :D

I was really looking for a wiring diagram that someone has made up specifically for the 510 with relays something simple for a non wiring expert like myself. Thanks for the refrence though. :D

today i fired up my sr20 1600 for the first time and all seems good. I used the above wiring diagram and it kicked over without any problems. I havent been able to road test it yet, but it idles and revs cleanly...well as cleanly as to be expected for a car without an exhaust.

Glad to hear it started up with that diagram. I have wired up mine using that diagram just not hooked up yet. Are you using your stock ignition? The reason I ask is because I have heard people that are using stock ignition without a seperate start button it will not work??? Any help is appreciated! :D
Thanks
David

hey david, i am using the stock ignition and it works fine. When i first started it up i used a relay with a capacitor soldered across it that kept charge when the key was turned. However as a little experiment, i replaced it with a standard relay and it worked all the same.
I used the the black/white (combined with the black/blue) power feed from the coil to trigger the relay.

been a while since i wired up my sr20... but i've attached a pic of my quick diagram around the coil relay.... PS this is wiring it up so it triggers the relays as it would in S13/14/15

PS: ECCS 30 means it comes off pin 30 of the ECCS relay.
