If I get the time I also hope to get the drivers side front quarter atleast pulled off. It isn't quite as bad as the passanger side but still needs alot of attention.

I was way off with my ready for roadie by the end of march but I am still making progress and it should be a good car by the time I am finished.

Rust = pain in the arse!

you goin to weld in a patch? being that the car is white you can get away with any imperfections in your bodywork!

Roof looks awesome dude. Yeah each to their own on the carbon stuff. The car ain't really very 'sporty' (at least yet!) so I don't think it suits it but it's your car not mine.

I've never used one of those workshop manuals but I've seen them around before.

Hi Guys I ave been totally slack about this thread and it was not until I got a P.M from Hazeath the other day that I had even thought of updating it, Cheers mate :-) Well the whole reason I have not been updating this thread is because I sort of stooped work on it due to garage space.......

The reason that I bought my 260 c in the first place was as a tow car for this

[ img ]

Unfortunately I am using the above car my 1965 Isuzu Bellett Sedan as my daily driver while I rebuild the engine on my 1970 Enfield Bullet which was my daily ride until it dropped a valve

[ img ]

Now in the mean time while I was already doing more work than I was capable of and had the space to do I shot my mouth out and committed to taking my daily drive to Sandown for the John Mott Memorial Sprint for a grudge match between a few of us Bellett drivers

Now the moral to this story is that probably not unlike a lot of you I have to many projects on the go. I am certainly not neglecting my poor old 260c, last week I spot puttied the rear passenger side quarter panel and will get it ready for paint in the next week. I am sort of at the stage where I do a bit of work and there seems to be no change! As soon as I can show you guys some change I will post some pics.

By the way it is really good to see all the other C's on this forum and I am finding them really inspirational, and I really want want a WAGON because I need another project lol!!!!!!!!

with the old bike the isuzu and the datsun you certainly have a mix of automotive passions to keep you very busy.

Well that's definitely the first time I've seen multiple Belletts in one place!

Looks like fun, my C is essentially being built as a tow car as well, only IT'S taking the priority, and the car it's supposed to tow is just sitting there in pieces! hahhaha
