hey guys, i was just wondering if id be able to use an aftermarket alloy sump with my sr20 in my 1600, im using a datsport fitting kit, will there be any drama's being a larger sump?? any help would be good lads...

Check out Ebay for cheap Alloy sumps.
Jeff Shoesmith is running one on his SR in his Coupe... :shock:

Hey mate, i purchased a genuine trust item off yahoo auctions japan for around $250.

You can find some real bargains if you can be bothered to look, or just buy a cheapy as their is no real difference from what i can see.

The cheap copy ones aren't finished too well, you'll want to spend a bit of time with some fine sand paper going over the inside of the casting as it's pretty rough.
I've heard no bad stories after this is done.

thanks lads, i found a few on ebay and got my self one for $160, ill spend a bit of time finnishing it off like u said Ders and she'll come up good hopefully :wink: should be coming today..
