Anyone know what these are called or where I can buy them??

They are the studs for attaching the id tag in the engine bay.

I found this pack at work, but there's only 2, so I need to buy some more.

Any ideas???

Yes!
They are called screw rivets and are used to attach data plates to machinery.
I have a bag of them somewhere.
I'll fish them out and post their dimensions :)
