No, not if they showed no sign of leaking brake fluid.
The mating surfaces are very critical and therefore delicate.
If there is no need to split them, don't bother :)

i shall leave them then

got rebuild kit and new pistons today
so will get onto it tomorrow

i thought they would have to be split to take the pistons out (maybe not, just my thoughts) + you should get the new o rings in the kit for when you split them, so why not use 'em?

ended up splitting the so i can hone them out

oh i shall


does any 1 know if 240k struts just the offset much

and know any 1 who as run either 14x7 0 offset or 14x8 0 offset
