im Ryan from Ipswich QLD ewww Ipswich, yes im only here because of work. Current projects are SR20 into my 1200 ute and a very budget Navara build just picking up parts as i come across them. The SR1200 ute is currently in exile because of my move andhopefully by the end of the year ill have it transported up here to finish it off next year. Would love to find a 1600 shell or 1200 sedan shell to mess around with in the years to come.

Hey all, new guy here. I'm actually from across the pond, writing from the United States. Been into Datsuns for the past few years, started with a 71 521 Pickup that my Dad bought off the showroom floor, and years later passed it down to me. Since then I've owned a slough of 1600's(510's here), and other Datsuns. Currently the proud owner of 2 1600's, a 1600 Wagon, 521(?) Pickup, 720(?) pickup and 180b.

I just recently found and purchased a 76 180b 2-door(They were sold as 610's in the US), so I've been trying to link up with other people who I can talk 180b's with. The car's pretty much complete, missing a few trim pieces, and a small owwie in the tail end. Overall, though, it's a great car. Extremely straight, great running(numbers matching) motor along with automatic transmission, and the interior's in really nice shape. The car also has an unbelievable 16k miles on it.

I would also like to know what a turbo windsor 1600 is.

Its that 1600 with the Ford (Windsor) V8 with a big turbo in it, the one with all the plumbing and stuff that wont fit under the bonnet and huge intercooler. I'm surprised actually that the rear wheels stay on the ground with all that weight over the front. It used to be white, then green, now apparently gold, I think it is painted more often than it is driven. Does do good burnouts though.
