Any ACT OZDAT members interested in this:

http://wakefieldpark.com.au/index.php?o ... &Itemid=42

Looking at late August/September at this stage.

The idea is for a fun day for local enthusiasts with possibly a barbeque or a few ales afterwards (back in ACT).

So far myself (in the wagon  ) and Bob260 are interested.

Let me know your thoughts.

Cheers

Jason

Should be fun, also a great incentive to get the Gazelle well sorted before then.

I might be interested in coming down to meet some of the ACT chapter of OZDAT, although I'm doing a track day at Oran Park early Sep which may conflict (and drain the wallet).

Depends on dates / money / whether the wife lets me / etc.

Ah the wife, I share your pain Dave

If the day goes ahead, you would be most welcome

To ACT members, if push comes to shove and anyone needs last minute help to get their car up to speed/fixed (this is why Im thinking September to allow enough time) I'm sure we can organise a working bee.

p.s. These track days are week days, not weekends!, so i'm guessing a Friday may suit?

hmm my car is still parked where I left it after my last one of these days, needing an oil change and not making any boost... On the off chance that I have gone so far as to pull the turbo off and fix it before then, but not gone so far as to strip the car to a shell, I might be there  In any case if i've got the day off I'll cruise up to watch/hold a stopwatch.

The last two of these I've gone to have been on weekends, with heaps of other cars, a weekday would be much better, numbers wise.
