The sedans are actually more desirable in the arab countries aren't they?
Hezath, take the story
1 - in 1973 the C110 replaced the C10 in Middle East including Arab countries
2 - the Coupe was 600$ more exp. than the sedan ( in the dealers showroom ) , in ME their was 6 dealers up 1977
3 - the coupe continues being 5 to 10 % more price in the second hand market up to 1992
4 - in 1993 the sedan became equivilant in price to the coupe
5 - in 1994 the sedan became 5 to 10% more price
6 - in 1998 the sedan became double the price
7 - in 2006 the sedan became tripple the price ( at that time some enthusiasts used the coupe as a parts donator to take the required parts for RH to LH conversion. in another words ( I was watching ) our LHD coupes were sacrificed to send the RHD Australian sedans to the road ( from 1998 to 2006 we lost about 50 coupes ).
8 - in 2010 the sedan became double the price
9 - in 2011 poth became same price
10 - in 2012 the coupe became 5 to 10% more price

the sedan became abundance due to 300 240k came from Australia ( app 250 Kuwait , 15 Saudi Arabia , 30 UAE , 5 Oman )
the coupe nowadays ( specially the original LHD ) like the dark blue one above became very desirable, and worth so much
look how the Arab like the Ks
