hopefully the repairs will be finished this weekend, just the usual bluey problems, rust around the tail lights & boot channel. trying hard not to get carried away as it's only temporary transport until the ute's finished.
i should be finishing work about the same time as everyone will be meeting up at morley, so i'll pop in for a couple of minutes at least.

On the way back from Margaret River today (monday), stopped in at Bunbury for lunch, and a look around.

Saw an orange 1000 2 door coupe in a workshop behind supercheap auto.

Anybody from here?

i saw that ute on saturday in kelmscott at mazzega's. Had nothing on it to suggest it was for sale, so i'm guessing it was bought? where did you see it?

dad saw them roll up in it, a young bloke and an old bloke. dad went home, told me, so i jumped in my ute and went and parked next to it. waited for them to come out, but i had to go somewhere as well, so i didn't end up talkin to them. oh well, might catch up with them yet.

i saw that orange 2 door 1000 in bunno yesterday.
It came out of an intersection in front of me, slid sideways for a bout 70m and then snakied all the way up the main highway.
Must have been some turbo grunt cause A or L series power couldn't do that!!
