yeah, I'd do the same for one of those, they are just as rare!

I do know where I could get an FIA head from tho.

but seeing as tho you could loose a small child in the inlet ports, it wouldnt really be able to be driven on the street lol

got some more progress pics :)

awhile ago, Wal came around and welded up some rust holes...lol, main one was in the strut tower.

got my factory immitation bonnet vents from Japan:

my Factory optioned Hubcaps 8)

Foglight grille installed:

and The owner of the 1800 SSS coupe (only other coupe in NZ) gave me a 1600 SSS badge that Ive been looking for 8)

and my new glovebox....JDM ones have a Bluebird badge instead of the Datsun badge, and also have a glovebox light 8)

A guy in Chch that owns a 1200 2-door, has opened up a coach building business, along with another Datsun 1200 Wagon owner 8)
So we've also renamed the place the "Datsun Garage"
Wal (Owner) is a MASTER fabricator 8) does excellent work.
he has hand made his own new door skins for his car.....very talented man.
