Very novel. Until you get a proper surge tank I would be careful to never let the fuel get low, otherwise if it starts to suck bubbles the only way out of the loop is through the injectors. Certainly a cheap way to get things running though.

Stock diff atm, but as you can see cheese cutters for rear tyres.

H190 is in garrage and waiting to go in, extending the rear track by ~45mm per side and meaning i have to run FWD wheels on the rear.

Planning to run Hyundia 15" steelies (5.5" +45ish) on rear and saab 15" steelies (5.5" +30ish) on front.

Yer but as i say, the old h145 is puttin up with a beating atm (partly due to my throttle sticking wide open :(

Yeah throttle sticking open is no good. Whats the limiter? :D Mine was only 6500 when it happened to me, and luckily was changing gears.

Saw my first stanza in the states tonight. Tidy looking thing with a big rolls royce looking grill on it.

Brought to you by the Brothers Irrelevant.

I must have missed this post.

I havent asked vicroads but some of the older cars do not have the engine specifics on file. I know one of my mates with an mazda 808 went after he upgraded to a 1.5 and the woman said the computer didnt tell her what engine it came out with so they just put the number in the computer.

Yeah u can come for a ride anytime (its not going to blow your mind, but its decent). its driven almost daily atm :)

Actually its a long story....

Engine is back in the garrage and 1200 is still my daily, but back to A12 :|

I thaught there was an issue with the gearbox (turned out to be the diff). This was 1 day after putting another diff in... So I was a bit fed up :)

Good news is, the SR20DE is going in the 1600 - turboed of course :)

I had sunny struts, and was looking at the vl turbo/verada setup. As the sunny struts are the same as the 180b.

Unfortunatly stopping and handling this car didnt do very well :P But it went ok in a straight line. I did have 240z spring in the front with tokiko shocks... Unfortunatly no front swaybar = massive oversteer.

Rear was group A commo shocks. Making the rear end rock hard.... also another addition to massive oversteer :| I've now got normal como bilisitens in the rear. Its 100% better!

oh i got a vid here:
