Well done Simon.

Andrew Smith probably wishes he didn't set you up with his diff now.

His 11sec run has been number 1 for soo long now.

hey!...
Quote:
Thanks Baz.. Well, luck wasn't on my side , my boost selenoid decided to fail that day, and at first I was only running 6psi boost, only got a total best time (subtracting unknown RT) of 14.6, then dialled in 14.1 on free boost of 10psi, all this with daily tire pressure of 32psi as I wanted to test the time in daily street trim.. They didn't use a proper christmas tree, so timing starts with the green light and is stopped by tripping the wire at the end (old school style), hence the high times.. so, subtracting minimum RT of 0.5, maximum ET could be 13.6..

Well, since you all post ET, I'm guessing my ET, 14.6TT(total time) with 6psi, 14.1TT with 10psi. Subtract possible 0.6RT makes 13.5ET on 10psi.

The timing sucks here, green starts the clock, and a trip sensor stops it, no ET, no RT, no Trap Speed.

Sorry for the confusion.

I wasn't trying to cheat.

14.1 Total Time on 10psi boost, Street Tires with 32psi.

Cheers,

Mark

oh, that timing does suck! here we can sit on the line for as long as you like after the green light goes. it then records your ET and MPH.

didn't think you were cheating but you can't really guess your time either

True :?
That's what's so nerve wrecking.. You have no idea if it's the driver or the car's fault.. Sucks for the teams, especially when it comes down to 0,.. of a second..
