Post subject:  H190 into stanza questions

Hey all,
The stupid Borg Warner diff in my stanza finally gave up today giving me a damn good reason to go to a gazelle H190.
Ive red the post about how to get a H190 in there but in not sure about the tailshaft and the diff flanges.
Will my BW tailshaft connect to the H190 diff flange?
If not what options do i have on getting all to work?
Hopefully someone can shed some light

From memory i had to have an inch cut off the tailshaft and the flange on the diff is different.Cost $120 to have it shortened,balanced and the right flange put on the shaft...

what about brakes...drum or discs?? how does the brake proportioning go with the standard mastercyclinder?? what about hand brake cable? do standard rims fit under the rear guards with the extra width?? thinkin about the conversion & want to know what im getting into. Tim

Bluebird Disks can be used.
I think theyre about 40mm wider but not 100% sure, some one prove me wrong.
Hand brake cable should be the same.
