I have Datsun 200B L20B motor all parts replaced and the carby rebuilt the problem I have is when I start the motor and it warms up when I put it in auto-drive about 5 sec after the motor start to shake and it going to stop running so I take it out of auto-drive and the motor idle ok. parts that I replace is the Spark plug, leads, Distributor cap, Ignition coil, points, air filter, and the carby rebuilt, all hose has been replaced. |

Idle speed or maybe fuel pressure? The torque converter in an auto will sap some power from the engine so maybe that is the reason? |

I think you have an idle speed problem and / or incorrect base ignition timing (not advanced enough)....both of these two things will need to be adjusted to ensure specified idle speed in "D" position. |

I have found the problem L20 it was the head gasket as I was told to use durapro gasket. |
