Post subject: | Legal requirements for a L 20 in 1600's in nsw |
What I currently think is if the L20 came from a car post 76 than it must run emission control that the motor had in its original car.1.6s and1.8 are exempt.I stand to be corrected. If this is so than I will need to get. 1.6 or 1.8 L motor.I may have a rebuildable L 20 with twin SU's for swap or sale.I would take a standard 1.6 or 1.8 with no carbies or manifolds in trade as long it was a good candidate for a rebuild.Still deciding now but who knows the regulation on this .I could contact the RMS but I am just afraid I would get the run around that they were renound for.I have a bit of Webber gear so that's what I will run in my ride.Any help would be greatly appreciated DatsEZ |
