It just occurred to me reading this thread that OZDAT is 20 years old this year.
The first OZDAT website went online in 1997.
Forums were added in 2003.
Happy 20th OZDAT.

Did some digging on archive.org. When did the original website thread type discussions go live? (which predated the forums) August 24, 1997 - Website went online. (So a bit premature with the birthday wishes). The original email mailing list was added sometime later between Jan - December 1998 according to Archive.org Although James states it ran from 1997 to 2007. There are archives af far back as 2000 if you feel like a trip down memory lane. https://www.mail-archive.com/membersozd ... index.html Forums were added in 2003 and ran at the same time as the mailing list. |
