I have a set of 240k struts for my 1600. The rotors and callipers are stuffed. What is the best and cheapest rotors and callipers option for this application.

Looking through past post verada rotos and hilux callipers looks to be the best?

If I were you, I'd be looking at ALLOY calipers instead of cast iron, regardless of donor vehicle.
Anything to keep the un-sprung weight down

I know Volvo 4 spots were pretty popular on the 240K strut back in the day. No idea on what disc you use with them though. Thought the Volvo callipers were alloy ?

Are they 270mm rotors with the twin spot sumitomo calipers?

If it's an L series in your car, and you are running the twin spots, I would just rebuild the calipers, put in good pads and a set of slotted rotors.

They perform amazingly well with a good set of pads.
