I know a guy who could potentially help but he's down in Rye. PM me if you want his number.

Pm Lurch on here, he should be able to point you.
Most guys doing this aren't backyarders though.

Expect to replace bearings f need be, and seals.

It's a fairly straight forward swap over, between the two C type boxes.
I've had similar done with the real early A type boxes, converting a long Ext housing 240Z box into a short ext housing Dato Sports 2000 box. Those older A boxes, the bellhousings swap straight over, as the 2000 with the U20 motor has the starter motor on the LHS f the car.

Thanks guys some good advice
unfortunately Im after the weakest but lightest possible setup in order to have the lightest weight to suit the 590kg b10 and NA CA21DE setup that wont brake any records but make it scary enough. I went for the smooth ca20e gearbox bellhousing, alloy ca20e box sandwhich plate, alloy front cover for front input shaft bearing cover and stumpy Navara rear section but all with ca18det gears and synchros. I hope it holds up for around 160-180hp.

The old alloy front to back 63a boxes ran on 180b sss coupes that are almost twice the weight of tudor sedan so should be alright with 600kg to lug around and Im not into burnouts or slamming into gears.

Got Michael at Knox Automatics to do it will seen how it goes
