What engine do you plan on using? 200b doesn't really have a chassis as such so you wont be swapping that. The things you have to worry about are things like exhaust hitting the rails in the engine bay, having a sump that doesn't hit the cross member, air cleaner that dosent hit the bonnet and trans that fits in the trans tunnel. making engine mounts, making a tail-shaft the correct length to suit whatever gearbox you use, thinking about where the gear lever comes through, as well as things like connecting throttle (are 200bs cable throttle? in which case should be easier) choke cable (if required) radiator hose positioning and appropriate radiator. and that should be the basics of just "getting it in there" then you can start to worry about the diff, the breaks and suspention etc.
TBH your time and money would probably be better spent getting more out of your current engine, pretty cheap turbo kits come up every now and again, or you could buy a used L series that someone else has worked and just put that straight in there.
Also if your actually planing on racing it properly you are probably best picking a class to race in and then work out what you can do within the rules.
If its just a bit of a paddock basher / fun car then have a think about the above and have a go and deal with sh*t as it comes up
Also my advice would be going with a pushrod carby v8 that isn't tooo big, will be far less hassle then if you try to fit a LS1 or something stupid in there
