R31 is the go. the upper mounts need to be relocated and thats about it. It does slightly increase the track each side 5-10mm though.

LSD's are available as are gear ratios. H190 is easy to fit, but not much available LSD wise.

The cast iron cased H190 is about 25-30kg lighter than an R31 rear end
Ratios are quite attainable compared to R31 which are flogged alot
and sought after by commonhoe, skyline and some holden class up north.
I can get the clutch pack LSDs but only in a batch of 3 to keep costs down
SMS me for details if you want to go this way

And the mech clutch type LSD for H190 are better than the cone type in the Borg Warner r31/ falcodore diffs which become ineffective quickly.

I imported a whole 3.7 clutch LSD centre from Japan using import monster for under $650. They were used by the Nissan Crew (taxi) over in Japan. Most will be 3.7 but some 3.9.

Nissan are much better units than BW but only issue is with the Crew is the
Taxi mileage, city driving stop and start wear them out.
I went through Yahoo auction one a while back and was worn so had to
get it rebuilt which negated the low initial purchase price.
The Nissan Gloria are the luxury version and do way less Kms.

Mine was advertised as a cedric/Gloria one and they are the same unit as the taxi ones so I was worried about wear but I'm really happy with the condition it arrived in. You could be unlucky though
