I have a 200sx s14 ex drift pig I stacked into a wall a while back and an old granny spec 200b sx sedan.

Plans are to mate them both together. Keep the 200b body with s14 running gear.
I see some 200b came with irs so hope to emulate that setup into my sedan with the s14 rear end.

Sr20det into a 200 b seems like a big no brainer but I hope to make mine different mechanically by incorporating as much s14 running gear into the 200b.

Hope to get some advice off you all in my build. :cheers

Hi mate

from my understanding a sr20 will go in pretty easy just need engine mounts and gearbox mounts (I suspect).

Tail shaft would most likely need to be different maybe not im sure that someone on here can help check the old posts for info...

the rear end Id say will need some engineering but yeah if its a four link rear end in the s14 that would be cool in a 200b.

Im only just getting back into the datto's i fitted a ca18 to a 1600 with a maddat kit anyway all the best..

keep us posted as i would like to fit an sr20 to my coupe oneday

Well the 200b has been sold. Some sucker bought it after I found a fair bit of rust, especially under the vinyl roof. That stuff is nasty.
So time to look for another shell but have been offered a shell for the sr20.
Might do that and build a more traditional datsun
