Hi guys.
I can source a cusco 1 way r160 diff from a version 6 wrx sti. Just wondering if you think this will be strong enough for 250hp atw or maybe even a little more than that??
And is that an easy change out?
Thanks, luke

It's all how you treat and abuse the diff. Being a subi diff you will need to modify the output shafts to suit the Datto half shafts or run cv joints. I would recommend get an r180 LSD out of a sti wrx as it will require a similar ammount of work to fit in the 1600 and are a lot stronger unit the r160.

Thanks. Wasn't sure being a good brand like cusco would make much difference. But I guess size matters in the end. Will keep my eye out than for another bargain!
