Oh, and 610citylimits, you're right about the 200B handbrake setup being great. I put one in my SSS. You can too, if you want.....
Wow, good to know. Thanks ssst  ! I probably wont do it to my sss, but my wagon is a different story  . That is something I would definitely consider.

Update time. Seems to be taking a lot longer than I thought to get this on the road. Progress has been slow. Have been getting my su's sorted slowly. Decided to make a custom air box that will lead off to a r31 filter box. Will finish this and get regoed then it looks like i'll be going down the sr20det route with r31 box and r31 shortened diff. Wasn't going to do this with this one but the sr price was too good to refuse and I already have the box, diff and brakes. Also have a machine shop at my finger tips to do any custom work. :D

Ok, so found some more time today. Got the su's on and dummied up a temp fuel line to see if it will run and after getting some fuel up away it went. :D Radiator is half bolted in and looks like it will line up good :D Just leaves the hoses to hook up and filter box to put in.

Hey all. Update time. Not much happening to the wagon, been to busy finishing off a caravan rebuild. Haven't forgotten about it though. Turned out the big su's need a rebuild again, been sitting to long. I'm a bit reluctent to spend money on su's when theres an sr waiting t go in. Might just wait a bit longer and put the sr in.

In the mean time I picked up a SX yesterday from its original owner. Its a bit rough but good for a few spares. Not sure if im going to on sell it or part it out. Has a bit of rust and hail dents but seems to run ok.

I would rather see it go to someone who wants to restore it , but if that doesnt happen i'll send you a pm.

I might put an EOI in the for sale sec and see if I get any takers.

Ok so update time. Finally got some rego on this thing. Put an old set of hitachi's on and away it went. Gave it a service. Changed the steering wheel as my knees got in the way of the original. Changed the wheels to some csa's I have that already had new tyres. Black seat cover for the back seat. Repainted the window surrounds.Loaded up the kid seats. Cruises real nice and my eldest loves it (he's 4).

As for the radiator. Keeps the temps perfect so far,but have'nt hit any hills or hot days with it yet.

Nice one! Needs to be a tad lower though ;) I've been dailying my 200B wagon for the last week too. If I ever come to Sydney again I'll come and say hi and we can go on a 200B wagon cruise!

How did you find the wagon? Was it a good fuel efficient daily driver?
Must be practical. Which is good.
