ive got a 2 door wagon im chasing info on, its in pretty good condition just needs some rust repairs and ill have it on the road.. it dosnt have a model number on it, so i cant tell if its just a b210 or a kb210, its a 4 seater, came standard with no radio, no heater, demister, or anything else that might make it comfy, no dash dimmer switch on the head lights, tiny little seats with no head rest, sun visors made of just thin material.. it feels very light to drive, i dont think it has side intrusion pannels, it dosnt have a steering lock, there is a huge clock on the centre console ive never seen before, and has badges that as far as i know come from south african 120y wagons.. it had the original tool kit in a little panel that open with a wardrobe type key.. its a very interesting car... any info anyone has on these would be great.. i wanna know how many were made, how many got to aus, and wats it worth? and how many 120y coupes will u swap me for it?? lol... ill try get some pics up soon..

I actually typed up a massive reply and then it timed out or something and it got lost. Then I died a little inside.

I have a thing for the 2 door wagon. More specifically the vans. I've had a few but never managed to get a good one. Always just out of reach. From the few that I have spoken to about these models, and there is nearly no information out there about them, is that there were the same amount of 2 door wagons and vans brought out in the late 70's. They are a full import, unlike the locally assembled units after about 1976 and have all the Jap struts and diff etc. I have seen more of your model than the vans but they all have been in bad shape. They have a rust trap in the side rear windows. You are quite lucky to have scored this. i would hapily swap you for a coupe if I had one. Please don't destroy it. They are a bit of a phenomenon. They turn up in the most random places and often get mistaken for corollas.

Wow interesting wagon, never seen a 2 door van before. I feel for you with that dash :(

Very jealous of the hubcaps too!

thanks guys.. i love it.. its almost as cool as my coupe, and it feels very very light and drove very well, pulling up hills easy for 400ks to get it home, even tho it hadnt run for a while at all.. the front struts were stuffed, oil ran outta them when they come out and the front end was like a trampoline, so all my coupe struts are going in, i already had them in the shed because the coupe has stanza struts.. im gonna swap over all the steering just because the dust covers are missing and my roadworthy guy wont like that much.. other than that i just gotta fix up the previuos owners rust repairs and it should.. gonna re paint it the original colour, fix the dash and install a hidden stereo as in my coupe.. once its all done im gonna think about throwing in a very worked l18 with all the 180 parts to keep it bolt in and out easy enough.. then youll see me on the 13 seconds for $1300 forum bragging about my wagon :D also i have found that the clock in the console came out in 911s and rolls royces and the such and could be worth more than wat i paid for the car.. im probably gonna keep it where it is because it looks like its been there since the 70's.. old school custom... :D
