not much has happened to the old girl she has been getting driven to and from work without fault :D the only thing's i have changed are the wheels and radiator, i was over the bad handling with the steel rims but love the look of the hubbies and just happened to have some 13"x5.5 performance globes soooo i had a go at putting the hubbies on the mags, not easy but looks good i think.

ps the cable ties are temporary

Fark me that's tight clearance!!! Did the globes make much difference?? Or is just the ability to put fatter tyres on?

 yep its so tight i had to use button head bolts and remove the fan. i will put an electric fan on when i get some time but i don't think it needs one as i just drove into the city in bad traffic and it never got hot.
the globs made a massive difference they clear the breaks better and the car no longer wallow's around corners, i can now notice the upgraded suspension.

i looked at doing same, but 8-10mm clearance from bolt heads to the core wasnt enough for me. i thought a nice heavy brake and it would kiss out the rows there.

put s13 rad back in but just got a 3 core modded hq one. Top tank sits under the rad support so should sit further forward and clear the water pump more. other wise might get it modded to be a 2 and a bit core job lol.

Haha yep as you can see I love my cable ties 8) but the battery is going in the back and couldn't be **** putting a bracket on.
The radiator is an s13 rad from fenix and with a small mod to the frame it will sit a bit lower.
I have alsow done some hard stops and the engine dosn't hit. There is also lots of room for an intercooler
