Hi just wanted to see some photos of factory or custom headliners from inside 620 ute preferably king cab as I am about to re-do mine
or if anyone has done this before to drop a few handy hints would be much appreciated.
It all looks pretty straight forward (as far as the 3 rods) but as my ute didn't come with a headliner I need a visual on how it will finish off around the edges
thanks

on mine the edges are folded over and glued in, held in further by the door seals, windscreen seals and i think the rear window seal too

it extends a little down the b pillars, there are two plastic trim pieces screwed in to hold that bit in

As Gary said, the liner is made to fit fairly rough in the cab, having enough excess for you to be able to grip onto without gluing yourself to it. You than pre glue the mating surfaces (use a good quality high tack glue - something that you let air dry for a few minutes before mating the material) and pull the liner into position getting the required pull/tension on the material and affixing it the the outer side of the lip seal/seam. Once dry just cut off the excess and than install the pinch strip around the doors and also the front/back glass and seals. This will further assist the material to stretch into permanent placement.

I have a 720 KC, and this is what the upholsterer did on mine (black velour). But its also how it was from factory when i removed my old vinyl one.
