is the ignition barrel from a 120Y interchangable with the 1200????????

it is locked in place and because the steering lock is on, i cant even push the car out of my shed, let alone trying to start it.

Richard, Brendan may have one in the BRE 1200 garden ordament at his place. Ill see when i pick my bonnet up from him hopefully next weekend.

So does this mean the 1200 is nearly ready?

you are dead right chris.
i was going to try and fire it up on saturday.
had it all ready to go, went to get the keys off of the hook and they were not there.
i then asked the wife and she said she remembered moving them but could not remember where.

after about 2 1/2 hours of turning the house upside down (and alot of swearing and cursing) i gave up, went back to the shed and drowned my sorrows in the carton of heineken she bought me for feeling bad about loosing the keys.

i still have hopes of finding them, but if i can pick up another barrel and keys, i will just swap them and forget about it.
if you could have a look for me chris, that would be awesome.
