Advertising for a guy on another forum. He's bought a datto 1200 ute and looking to upgrade to an a14 or a15 for more powah. I know a few of you guys had some stuff lying around. So if anyone has one hidden in the garage, let me know. Better to be getting used on another datto in the street, then collecting dust in the garage.

Cheers

Good luck. Not many A14/A15s around and if there are people like to hold onto them! Last one went in the quokka for $500 for a old 1/2 complete engine(running). Tell him to keep his eyes peeled in the quokka and even look for cheap A14 Pulsars and A15 Vannettes. Also keep an eye out on datsun1200.com.

When I was looking at a few 1200 utes before I got the 1600 they seemed plentily available! Maybe people have suddenly got all sentimental over them. Their a good little engine. but yeah I think quokka will be the best bet also.

Cheers

I did have one up until recently, held on to the motor cause really didnt find anyone that wanted it. Got some spare parts for them if you do need them.

$300 for a complete A14 with a box is a bargain mate! I would grab it!
