Yep will run fine. It will idle a bit lower when cold. When the temp picks up its all apples :)

Nup idles fine from cold to hot only idle is lower approx 700 RPM when cold and have set it a 1100RPM when to temp. I have done this as I run a 20% reduction balancer due to water pump cativation at high RPM on the track. So this means my alt needs a few hundred RPM extra at idle to keep the amps up.

Hi Mae the radiator is a RX3 item. Iq bought it from eBay. The piping is custom. Once you have installed the rad grab a coat hanger and shape it as if it is the hose. Then go down to parts store and find te closest match.

No updates Nik. However I have been busy restoring an old Merc. I'll be selling it when completed and will use the money for the Datto. It's been a very long time since the shell was restored. I'm plan to fully pull the car down and respray it. There are a few rust spots appearing so I want to repair them before they get bad. This is a fair way off from happening though. I plan to keep the majority of the paint work white but I will be adding some form of race inspired design paint work as well.

Nice. A good shape. Particularly when you get the 300SEL...
