Hey Ryan, if its not too much effort, what about posting up the different part numbers of the Narva stuff you used for your re-wire (Light sockets, Headlight relays, high beam connectors, anything major that you used), so people can go in and order it straight away without having to do the detective work themselves?

Another hot tip is that they are the same as R31 S3 skyline taillight sockets.
I wouldnt be surprised if other datsun/nissan had similar holders...
Hit the wreckers and see!

I honestly think the majority of bulb holders are the same for this type of globe on the earlier cars. Now they're all fancy and stuff.
So far no relays bought. I've only done the rear taillights, interior light and on to the fuel pump harness.

Narva have everything on their site, but I work in a spare parts department so I have all the books.

I'll put together a list, maybe post it up in my build thread and then it can be cut and paste in to it's own thread in the Electrical section...

Might do some of it now and update as I go.

good to hear.... i guess far north qld repcos don't stock as much as they do in the city.... they are turning out to be more like supercheap every day.... stereo gear and neons.. auto one here in WA still have the smaller guys running them with an interest in cars.. but the even smaller auto shops always have the goods or will go out their way to get it for you.

I had the same experience with wheel nuts. Went to autobarn repco supercheap non of them could help me other then autobarn who wanted to sell me some inhex things for like 90 bucks. Found a little independent on bell st and got 16 nuts for $25 or somthing nicely chromed looked good and have lasted too. I now go back threre whenever its not too far out of the way

Wow old thread, great info though. The above mentioned Narva globe holder/sockets (49836 = double filament (stop/tail)
49826 = single filament (reverse, indicator)) are still available and fit the 120y perfect
