Hey there people.

I've been thinking recently after completing the shortened R31 diff in my stanza. There doesn't seem to be many shops out there completing diff shortening for Datsuns (correct me if I'm wrong). Is there other people out there who would like similar done? What would you be willing to pay/what's it worth? R31 diff's are strong, come with disc brakes, LSD's, and have plenty of different ratio's, and are readily available which is why I chose to put one in my stanza. There is no reason why they shouldn't handle the power of a turbo SR, as they have proven to cart around a RB30 VL or R31.

Let me know you're thoughts. Like I said it's something I've been thinking about recently and will look into if there is enough interest! Would preferably like to start with stanza's as that's what I know but once I've setup there's no reason why I couldn't look into other stuff.

Cheers guys appreciate the feedback.

There is an lsd for the r31 but the factory one doesn't work well and aftermarket ones are hard to come across. Would you be better off doing the same thing with a hilux diff of some kind for example?

KAAZ make aftermarket LSD's for the BW78 series rear ends.
