I'll throw in another question, are all later model R180 stamped K, and do they all have the 115mm id crownwheel?

ONly the K stamped diffs have a 115mm crownwheel unless the guts have been swapped over into a old casing

How much do you think they are worth? I recently got 3 K stamped R180's, one of which is apparently a 4.8 locker built for a 200kw sr20

About 200-250 each. The 4.8 would get you a few more dollars because of the ratio. What do you mean by built for a SR20 though?

Well it was professionally locked and held up fine when mated with the sr20 apparently.

Thanks  , I suppose that's what I have, my 910 being an 83 model, but I'll have to check for the K stamp to make certain :)

Depends on whether it was originaly from and Auto or Manual.

280ZX R180 Should be:
Manual: 3.36:1
Auto: 3.54:1

Hi, does anyone can help me?
I have a Cusco R180 LSD centre. What car would fit it?
I've bought it for my s14 but it won't fit because I need R200.
What car can use my R180 LSD?

depends what kind of splines are inside the diff. You will have to count the axle splines inside and measure the diameter of shaft that will fit in the centre. Could suit a short nose R180 or a long nose R180.
The diff ratio you mention sounds like it could be from a s14 Silvia with sr20de, which would make it a short nose R180 centre...

Just thought I would throw in this photo of the ratio stamped on the crown wheel of my R180 diff, as some people in this post have said that they could not see any numbers on theirs.
The numbers aren't easy to see unless in good light.
