Small update got the go ahead from the boss :lol: so will be ordering front lip spoiler this week cant wait :D. Also going to pull the strut brace and rocker cover off and send them to be powder coated :D

:lol: Didnt take to much convincing as its my b'day this week so I just asked for it as a late present. My mrs is pretty good I really shouldnt complain lets me keep my toys after all even when there's alot of things we both want to do on the house and I know car money in her eye's can be better spent there :lol: But every aussie male need's his hobbies :D

Droping strut brace and rocker cover at the powdercoaters tonight :) Also my lip is in the country so should have it this week and then look at fitting it over the weekend hopefully. Ive seen on ausrotary that the chrome bumper cruise has been re-sheduled for november 1st so id better get cracking to have the car finished by then :lol:

who is doing yuor powder coating if you mind me asking???

I've been thinking on getting some stuff on the front end done before i receive the EHK and drop the engine in.

Let me know if you have any probelms with the spoiler, make sure you use stainless bolts and nuts sicne they wont rust and will make it easier to remove in furutre, Oh and also try to fit extra bolts, I noticed that just four bolts holding it isn't enough and they come loose.

I realised just that when I took my front end apart and the spoiler was a bit loose on the front apron and one bolt was missing!

Alex the place im using is called multicoat in rowville http://www.multicoat.com.au one of my mates who's got his own panel shop uses them a fair bit a recken's there the best he's found that will take on small jobs like car parts :) Il be raiding the wurth cabinet at work for some bolts too so il be sure to grab a few extra's :lol:

Checked out the site, I'll give them a buzz once I get to the assembly stage since I will definately want some stuff coated.

Just got a call from the post office my lip has arrived! :D Only problem is I wont be able to get it until sat morning due to them only being open till 4pm weekdays and they need my signature as well so i can send the mrs to get it for me :( Guna be a long week :lol:
