awesome, will need some video of transbrake action

How much suspension travel do you have at the rear?

edit: not using a BOV?
Not much travel at all....the previous owner had the leafs reset, and it sits really low. Its not annoyingly bouncy though.

No BOV....I really should be running one, but I haven't found one that makes the right noise yet so I'll just let it flutter for now.

If you type in Datsun 120Y on Youtube, and sort by date added, there is a video to view of the car in action...

That I do mate! I'll be racing the car in a few weeks, hopefully with slicks so we'll see how it goes.

I'm racing next week, no NOS, on street tyres to see how it goes. I'm predicting a high 12, at 115-120mph. If it gets at least 10 psi off the line on the transbrake, it should run a high 11.

It went shockig actually....ran 13.9 @ 108mph...no boost off the line at all. Then the event got rained out.

I was in a huge rush that day, I'm going to enter a test and tune early next year to get the car sorted.

And yes, its a Just Jap S13 radiator.

Bit of an update:

Car made 280rwhp on 22psi through the auto the other day. Now also running a 50 shot of gas to get it up on the transbrake :D

Also fitted some 4.5" convo pros up front and chasers on the rear.

Hanging for Powercruise this weekend!

Had a great time @ Powercruise on the weekend. Its the first time i've really had time to use the NOS and f**k i'm very impressed :D Car comes on boost almost instantly in 2nd and just fries them into top gear all the way along the back straight at Eastern Creek.

I had a tire let go mid powerskid, did some damage to the guard (rubbed paint back to bare metal and dented the bottom of the guard slightly) and took some paint off around the back door...I'll get that fixed in the future. Videos to follow soon :D
