Here's my 2300 that I bought a year ago. Now that I've finished uni I can start to spend some cash on her.

Everything is original and there's virtually no rust or dents (1 very small 1 that only I can see - and it bugs me!).

The plan is to restore her to look like she's aged gracefully with a bit of a makeover - no boob jobs, nips or tucks! I was going to stay with the original metallic green for the paintwork, and drop in an L24 until I sort out the L23's knock (which seems like a bottom end bearing).

Anyone got and L24 or L26 lying around I can have/buy?

Cheers

koszka

Where are you located? There was a guy about 6 months ago giving away an L23 because he was doing a V8 swap.

Here you go:

its sitting outside under some plastic. You can have it for free if you take it away! good running motor, starts well, valve seats have been done previously to suit unleaded.
Also comes with 3 speed box
He was in Qld. was posted on JNC about a nine months ago. click the link

Hey mate.

Thanks for tip. I'm in Adelaide, but will ship in if I have to. I've replied and pm'd the dude on nostalgia, so fingers crossed he still has it!
