 Post subject: S15 rear seat in 1600?

Has anyone tried to fit an s15 rear seat in a 1600?

I have some in my garage ready to test, I completly forgot I had them. Will plonk them in tonight and take some pics for you :)

Thanks Trent. That looks like s14 going by trim. Pretty sure s15 is the same shape. In your opinion what's the fit like? Looks like a bit of a cap in places but that could be because it's not properly fitted?

I dont know, I would need to play a bit with them, the fit isnt that bad... I only paid $10 for them so through would check it out...

I picked up a s13 rear seat today, bottom fits fine and will be a piece of piss to mount, back I wasn't to happy with, metal would need to be trimmed to fit in between wheel arches and then theres mounting it, sooooo I decided to pull my old back out, think they work really well together, once matching re trimmed and the bottom abit of extra foam here and there to fill gaps its a very nice rear seat

That looks like its a GD WRX rear seat. You can grab a whole interior pretty cheaply, this is one option i've been looking at.

don't know about that ive owned a few wrx's non have ever had the fold down arm, that's more of a luxury thing

GDA bugeye have them im pretty sure. Same built in headrests too.
