Well I have the same brake set up now in the stanza as I did in the 1200
4 spot sumitomos and bw drums in the back.
I preferred the non brake booster feel of the 1200 than the brake boosted set up in the stanza.

How do I get rid of the booster seeing as the Master Cylinder wont bolt to the fire wall directly.

Can I use the existing master cyl too. Think its 13/16
Is there a plate and push rod I can use to get it working easily.
Thanks

Just get a nice bit of plate mark the existing holes where booster bolted in drill them bolt it up. Then reach up inside and draw around the existing hole with artline or unscrew tip if to long and draw it. Then either drill the hole out with a pilot drill then a bigger one close to each other working your way round the edge then die grind the daggy bits left till you have a nice hole or get some engineer/machine shop to drill and bore the hole for you 4-6mm plate should be plenty. And get one of those adjustable pins that goes in the end of master cylinder.

I thought that might be the way but thought it may have been my dodgy thinking again.

ITs already got an adjustable rod in it

Its not dodgey considering your using something a bit thicker than the existing fire wall as extra padding so to speak and you can pretty it up by rounding off the corners and give it a lick of primer and some decent pressure pack paint not shitty export 2 dollar crap.

Just make sure you run a decent firewall / master cylinder brace.

Ok moving ahead on this does anyone know if the boosters are the same between pbr and non pbr stanzas?
Pbr only have horizontal studs but other type look like they have a plate to the booster then the master bolts to that with verticle studs.

Datsun 1600 has a factory plate and rod you could use. Also check your pedal ratio as the 1200 would of been the correct ratio for non boosted and the stanza for boosted.

Pedal should be ok. Looks similar to 1200.
So is it a spacer to adapt pbr and non pbr boosters? I reckon would be hard tracking down the 1600 setup and rod.

The non PBR, the bottom one in your photo. You could use a rod out of a clutch master and make the plate. I made a plate for my rally car out of 10mm alloy plate. I just used a hole saw to cut the middle hole.
