How the **** do I get the diff out past the moustache bar .... all bolts are out halve shafts are off and now I'm stuck????

lower the cross member or unbolt the diff cover and drop the cover with the moustache bar.

Common party trick to remove the studs on the back of the diff cover and replace them with suitable sized bolts.
Then there is no stud sticking out making it hard when you have to rip the diff moustache bar off.
I have ripped my R200 in and out at least a dozen times this year! Got it down to a fine art. Hope to NEVER do it ever again.
