yeah that's a good idea - having the meet at a fixed time every month - that way everyone knows when it is, and they'll show up when they can.

same thing with the group that i go riding with - rides are every tuesday and thursday - sometimes you get 12 people on a ride, sometimes 2. either way, it works a treat. 8)

I personally won't be able to make it every time due to work commitments, but if I'm not working on the day I'm there. :oops: (sh!t, just checked my roster and can't make the first meeting, but as i said, if I'm not working I'm there for "future "gatherings)
